we are looking for a senior workday hcm engineer with strong hands-on experience in workday integrations, configuration, and enterprise implementations.
key skills & experience
- 3–5+ years of experience with workday hcm
- experience with at least one end-to-end workday hcm implementation
- strong hands-on experience with workday integrations
- expertise in eib, core connectors, and workday studio
- experience with reports, calculated fields, security, and data migrations
- strong knowledge of xslt
- experience with isu, issg, integration scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- understanding of api and erp integration concepts
- strong skills in testing, debugging, implementation, and technical documentation
- excellent communication skills and ability to work with multinational, cross-functional teams
- team coordination/mentoring experience is a plus
