- manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- source and attract top healthcare talent, including nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, clinical staff, and non-clinical healthcare personnel.
- conduct candidate interviews and evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
- build and maintain strong healthcare talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- ensure recruitment practices comply with mexican labor regulations and industry standards.
- maintain accurate ats records and recruitment reporting.
- proven experience recruiting within the healthcare industry.
- fluent spanish with strong english communication skills.
