- create and manage data streams, data models, and identity resolution.
- build customer segments and calculated insights.
- work with business teams to understand requirements.
- monitor data quality and troubleshoot issues.
- support testing, deployment, and documentation.

required skills

- basic knowledge of salesforce data cloud.
- understanding of salesforce crm concepts.
- knowledge of data integration and etl processes.
- familiarity with sql is a plus.
- good analytical and communication skills.
- ability to work in a team environment.
