We are looking for a Software Engineer Manager to drive the technical direction of our vendor squads In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between architecture, product, and development teams—ensuring top-tier code quality, security, and scalability across Backend, Frontend, and DevOps.
Role Objective
Your mission is to align vendor teams with our architectural standards, establishing best practices in coding, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure to deliver seamless, secure, and highly available services to both internal and external users.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Overall Experience: 6–10 years of solid experience in software development.
- Leadership Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience managing engineering teams.
- Cloud Native: A proven track record of delivering large-scale, cloud-native applications.
- Methodology: Deep experience in Agile + DevOps environments with high CI/CD maturity.
- Proficiency in Core Languages: Java, Node.js, or .NET.
- Deep AWS Services Knowledge: Infrastructure as Code and serverless patterns.
- Advanced SQL/NoSQL Data Management.
- Strong Leadership & Mentorship Skills.
- Proven Decision-Making & Stakeholder Management Capabilities.
