We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of **Eastern Auto Parts Counter Person**.
The Counter Person is responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service in the Northeast area for Eastern Auto Parts.
This role supports various stores by managing phone queues.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the correct parts are sold with the fastest possible delivery time; utilize creative problem-solving to meet customer needs.
- Provide accurate ETAs and track all pending orders.
- Coordinate effectively with dispatch and store-level counter teams.
- Work in conjunction with Sales Representatives to drive results.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
**Core Competencies**
- Proficient in common computer programs and web browsers (Google Sheet, Gmail, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Excel, etc.).
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Strong decision-making skills, using logic and sound judgment based on available data.
**Professional Experience & Knowledge**
- Computer Skills




- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, Empathetic listening
- Automotive parts knowledge is a huge plus.
- Willingness to take on miscellaneous projects and other duties as assigned.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bilingual, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
