**Schedule**
- Availability Monday to Sunday
- Two consecutive days off (assigned by operations)
- Fixed schedule (no rotation)
- Availability between **6:00 AM - 10:00 PM (MX time)**
**About the Role**
The Intake Specialist is the **first point of contact** for Law Firm.
This role requires professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail while assisting potential clients and supporting the intake process for new cases.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct intake consultations and sign up new clients electronically
- Schedule initial clinic appointments
- Collect, process, and file legal documents
- Enter and update case information accurately




- Direct calls from insurance and medical providers
- Collaborate with legal teams and internal departments
**Requirements**:
- **1+ year of experience** in customer service call center (BPO)
- **Bilingual: English & Spanish (English B2+)**
