BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Perform equipment setup, qualification, and commissioning activities.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain validation documentation, including protocols, reports, and engineering records.
- Work with PLC systems (Allen Bradley) to support automation and equipment functionality.
- Utilize SolidWorks for reviewing or supporting mechanical designs and equipment configurations.
- Support implementation and use of resource management or enterprise systems (ERP/MES).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and production.
- Assist in integrating and maintaining vision systems for inspection processes (preferred).
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry standards.




- Provide technical support during audits, testing, and production ramp-ups.requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Demonstrate sufficient knowledge in validation skills, GMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Validation Technician or similar role in manufacturing or engineering environments.
- Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and equipment troubleshooting.
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD tools.
- Strong background in documentation, including validation protocols and engineering reports.
- Experience using resource management systems (ERP/MES).
- Ability to perform machine setup and validation execution.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve equipment failures efficiently.
- Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Flexibility to work different shifts or extended hours as needed.
