**LOCATION**
100% on site - Tecnoparque, Azcapotzalco (in front of Alameda Norte)
**COMPENSATION PACKAGE**
- Base salary: $14,000 - $18,000 mxn (before taxes) based on experience
- Monthly perfomance bonus up to $2,750 MXN (before taxes)

**SCHEDULE**
- Training: Monday to Friday | 7:00 am.
- 4:00 pm.
- 8-hours shifts within service window (6:00 am. - 10:30 pm.)
- 1 hour lunch break
- 2 days off per week
**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Resolve billing and service inquires
- Provide effective solutions
- Cross-sell complementary services
**REQUIREMENTS (mandatory)**
- High school diploma
- Advanced English (B2+ conversational & fluent)
- Comfortable speaking 100% in English
