Job purpose
BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for "dynamic, results driven" individual to join as a Materials Supervisor to ensure ensure the correct receipt, location, and material supply according to the production schedule, while complying with safety guidelines and established work standards.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor order and cleanliness in the work areas.
- Continuously review that the supply of materials meets the required quantities according to procedures, ensuring proper handling and quality reliability.
- Develop continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure the availability of raw materials required for the production schedule.
- Ensure the correct replenishment of materials to production lines.




- Ensure the proper handling of materials.
- Promote safety practices in the workplace.
- Ensure compliance with FIFO within the supply chain.
What we're looking for
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Schooling: Degree in Industrial Engineering or related
- Experience Time in similar position: 2 year or more in a similar position.
- Technical knowledge required: Understanding manufacturing processes
- Inventory control
- Warehouse management
- Materials handling
- Industrial safety and hygiene
- Lean Manufacturing
- Quality and Environmental systems
- Other requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
