**About the Role**
Cambridge English Schools (CES) is a long-term partnership program by Cambridge University Press & Assessment that supports schools in delivering high-quality English language education.
Through structured implementation of international standards, Cambridge materials, teacher development, and assessment tools, CES helps schools improve learning outcomes and ensure progression from preschool to high school.
As a key member supporting the Cambridge English Schools Business Development Manager, you'll help shape the future of English language learning in schools across Mexico.

You'll work closely with the CES Manager and a cross-functional team to support the success and expansion of the CES program.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating program activities, supporting school relationships, and helping ensure smooth implementation and follow-up.
You'll be a connector—linking schools, internal teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and progress.

**About You**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be organised, proactive, and comfortable working across teams and priorities.
You'll enjoy connecting strategy with execution and be motivated by making a real impact in education.
**Key Skills & Experience**
- Experience in project coordination, business operations, or educational program support.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to track data and generate reports with attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
- Pedagogical background or experience in educational settings is preferred.
- English level B2 or C1 (you'll work with international teams and materials).
