**About the Role**
Are you experienced in the timeshare industry and passionate about guiding teams to excellence?
We are seeking a **Sales Operations Coach** to oversee sales processes, ensure quality execution, and mentor our onsite team in Puerto Vallarta.
Your expertise will directly impact performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency in a stable, professional environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and monitor operational processes (OTI) to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Observe and evaluate sales teams to confirm adherence to established sales processes
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve team performance
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and professionalism across all client interactions
- Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the timeshare industry
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and operational standards




- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional, patient, and mature demeanor
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
