The Production Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to the production of goods and services in the company.
He/she works closely with other managers and team leaders to ensure that production objectives are met and efficiency is maintained in the production process.
Key reponsibilities:
- Be responsible for quality control in the production departments.
- Finding ways to do what the organization has defined as important.
- Planning the work to be done.
- Work with other managers in the organization to implement initiatives.
- Hold supervisors accountable for results.
- Set clear objectives.
- Provide feedback and coaching to supervisors.
- Must thrive and see value in a leadership role.
- Train supervisors and empower them.
- Select and train supervisors.
- Personally interview supervisors a minimum of twice a year.
- Help supervisors promote and follow new ideas and methods.
- Understand and implement the 5's.




- Help improve performance through Lean initiatives.
- Collect data to help set goals and produce Lean ideas.
- Evaluate employee performance.
- Treat all employees with kindness and respect.
- Have a genuine interest in the success of others.
- Ensure that teams prepare and follow all standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and control the KPI's of the production areas.
- Identify and troubleshoot problems in the production process and take corrective action when necessary.
- Develop and maintain plans and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
**Requirements**:
- 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Advanced level of English
- Advanced: MS office (Excel, power point, Word)
- Experience in digital printing, maintenance and change of printing machine heads.
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
