At Asher Med, the Patient Support Specialist plays a mission-critical role in making sure our patients get results, stay engaged, and feel fully supported—every step of the way.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Be the main point of contact for active patients to answer questions, clarify expectations, and troubleshoot challenges
- Monitor clinical flags and escalate care to medical staff when necessary
- Document all patient communications and notes in our CRM (Go High Level)
- Encourage adherence, answer common questions about medication and experience, and support patient retention




- Coordinate with the Patient Admin team on medication fulfillment status and issues
- Help with post-onboarding surveys and patient satisfaction initiatives
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication protocols and documentation
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years in a patient support, nursing, health coaching, or client success role
- Warm, empathetic communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Organized and dependable—you're the type of person people know they can count on
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (especially Go High Level), Slack, Google Workspace, and patient management tools
- Deeply motivated to help others succeed in their wellness journey
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
EST, with a 1-hour break.
- Must be able to work during U.S. Central Time business hours (minimum 6 hours overlap)
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Medical weight loss, telehealth, or nursing experience (RN, LPN, Health Coach, etc.)
**Compensation**:$8 USD per hour
