**CONTRACT**:

**PROFILE**:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering or similar.
- English, able to communicate, business English.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position as a supplier quality assurance.
- Job experience in the automotive sector, experience managing suppliers.
- Experience in developing 8Ds,



control plan and FMEA.
- Knowledge of plastic injection molding and assembly process.
- Experience performing audits and managing standards VDA, IATF, AIAG, CQI.
**RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Perform root cause analysis for customer issues with responsibility of suppliers.
- Assure the proper management of the obligatory documents for safety characteristics on supplier process.
- Develop performance evaluation for suppliers and define strategic action plan for improvements.
- Responsible for getting the PPAP for suppliers for new projects and requalification on series production.
- Define and coordinate the activities related to incoming inspection for effective management.
- Perform process audit on VDA & IATF for suppliers.
- Validate 8ds, control plan, FMEA and corrective actions from suppliers claims.
- Assure proper recovery of non-quality cost incurred by suppliers.
- Coordinate engineering change process with suppliers for proper implementation.
