**American Express Travel Counselor will provide exceptional Customer Service**:
Giving Card members timely, accurate and relevant travel information.
Managing Card member expectations.
Delivering service above and beyond expectations.
An understanding of Premium Travel related areas such as geography and products.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- 2 years of travel working experience.
- SABRE or AMADEUS GDS is a must.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must.
Availability to work from 6 am to midnight, including Saturday & Sunday (days Off will be arranged based on schedule assigned).
