Join our Finance team as a Tax Senior Specialist and play a key role in ensuring fiscal accuracy, supporting corporate deliverables, and driving continuous improvement in tax operations.
We are looking for a proactive Senior professional to manage tax compliance, reporting, and support strategic initiatives across two legal entities.
This role is essential to ensure alignment with local regulations, accurate reporting to headquarters, and collaboration across Finance and GBS teams.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
Ensure Local Tax Compliance - Manage income tax, VAT, IEPS, and VAT refund processes; prepare informative returns and annual audit reports.
Support Corporate Reporting - Assist in tax provision calculations under USGAAP and NIF; contribute to quarterly and year-end reporting, including effective tax rate analysis.
Contribute to Transfer Pricing Activities - Support deliverables such as Local File, BEPS reporting, and intercompany transaction analysis.
Collaborate Across Functions - Work with Finance, Tax, and GBS teams to support budgeting, cash flow, and corporate deliverables.
Drive Process Accuracy & Improvement - Ensure data integrity, meet reporting deadlines, and support continuous improvement in tax operations.
We're Looking for Someone With
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in tax-focused roles; experience in multinational companies or Big 4 firms is a plus.
Solid knowledge of Mexican tax regulations and fiscal compliance.
Experience in USGAAP deferred taxes and transfer pricing is desirable.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Mexican SAT platforms.
Intermediate to advanced English; able to support reporting to general teams.




Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills; able to work independently and in teams.
