**JOB PURPOSE**
- Develop the strategic marketing/communication/admission plan in support and aligned to the School's Strategic Management Plan
- Design strategies to attract obtain more and better students.
- Ad value to the image of San Roberto International School in our community.
- To direct and oversee the marketing,



recruiting and admissions procedures of ISR in a manner consistent with the school's academic and strategic plans.
- Create strategies to promote the sense of belonging in the community and increase retention of our families and colleagues.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Experience: 6 years of professional experience
- Knowledge: Marketing, Administration.
Excellent written skills in English and Spanish.
Well management of the Administrative Systems
- Skills: Excellent written and oral communication in English and Spanish, leadership, organization, interpersonal relations, team work, persuasion, analysis and synthesis, technology, social media, marketing, research and marketing strategies.
