Currently, we are looking for an **Attorney**to join us remotely from any location in Mexico.
**Hiring**:Prestador de Servicios (Tax Official Invoice / RESICO, Persona Física con Actividades Empresariales, etc.)
**Labor Days**:Mon
- Fri from 8 AM to 5 PM PST
**Salary**: $20,000 - $25,000 MXN gross per month
**Responsibilities**:
- Review evidence and past administrative law decisions.
- Compose a written legal appellate argument based on applicable law as it applies to the specific facts of the case.
- Write correspondence related to procedural errors.
**Skills**:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Law specialization
- Must have a PhD/Doctor's Degree in Law specialization
- Must have 1+ years of experience in Review of evidence
- Must have 1+ years of experience in the Authorship of legal briefs
- Must have 1+ years of experience in Authorship of legal correspondence
- Must have 1+ years of experience in Researching applicable law
- Must hace good English skills
