As an **International Logistics**Specialist**, you will have responsibility for supporting PPG import and export administrative operations to ensure quality logistics at optimum cost in all business units in USCA.
This will focus on back office operation functions that support international logistics while being cross trained to support front line international logistics.
Your role will primarily have the responsibility of freight bill auditioning.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Read and interpret Ocean Freight Contracts
- Freight bill auditing
- Act as a liaison between carriers / Freight Forwarders/ Customs Brokers and PPG Business units to resolve past due invoices and missing shipment event transmission (Proof of Delivery "POD")
- Correct freight payment voucher kick-outs in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and work internally to support a long term solutions
- Manage ocean statements of accounts for imports/export invoice payment
- Manage drayage invoice disputes
- Various logistics back office duties and system maintenance tasks as required
**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, business, or equivalent and 2 - 3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in transportation logistics operations,



order management and/or finance
- Demonstrated high level professional ability in both written and oral communication is imperative
- Oracle Transportation Management experience is a plus
