As our Senior Full‐Stack Engineer, you'll own critical slices of the platform—from pixel‐perfect React interfaces to high‐throughput Python services.
Beyond shipping code, you'll set engineering standards, guide architectural decisions, and mentor a growing team of talented builders.
This is an on‐site position in our Condesa (CDMX) office—no remote option.
**Responsibilities**:
- Architect & ship features end‐to‐end - design elegant Next.js flows, wire them to FastAPI endpoints, and push to production before the sprint closes.
- Scale generative AI workloads - craft Supabase Edge Functions that orchestrate LLM calls, vector stores, and guardrails at millisecond latency.
- Run everywhere with GCP - containerize services for Cloud Run, automate rollouts with Cloud Build, and wire event‐driven pipelines through Cloud Functions & Airflow.
- Elevate product quality - enforce design‐system consistency, accessibility, and pixel‐perfect polish with shadcn/ui & Tailwind.
- Harden the pipeline - own tests, static analysis, and zero‐downtime blue‐green deploys across Vercel, Supabase, and Google Cloud Platform.




- Instrument everything - stream logs and metrics to BigQuery/Looker and drive a data‐first culture.
- Lead & mentor - conduct thoughtful code reviews, pair‐program with mid‐level engineers, and share knowledge in weekly engineering talks.
- Influence roadmap - partner with Product and Design to scope MVPs, challenge assumptions, and prioritize high‐impact bets
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years building production‐grade web apps with React + TypeScript and Python (FastAPI a plus).
- Proven experience designing REST & real‐time APIs, relational schemas, and migrations on Postgres.
- Production deployments on Google Cloud Platform—Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, or Kubernetes on GKE.
- Fluency with modern CI/CD, testing, and observability practices—lint, unit/integration tests, GitHub Actions, and log/metrics dashboards.
- A track record of mentoring engineers and raising the quality bar across projects.
- Curiosity for LLMs and agent architectures; you've at least toyed with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs.
- Nice‐to‐haves: shadcn/ui, Tailwind, Supabase Edge Functions, LangChain/LangGraph, or "no‐code" workflow builders.
