**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and execute the sale of the properties, ensuring optimal pricing and terms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with cash buyers, investors, and real estate professionals.
- Conduct property evaluations and pricing analysis to determine market value.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals efficiently.
- Maintain an updated database of buyers and investors to ensure consistent deal flow.
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth transitions from acquisition to disposition.
- Track and analyze market trends to refine sales strategies and pricing structures.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, wholesaling, or investment property disposition.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and valuation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
