Lead the company's administrative, financial, and legal operations, ensuring control of cash flow, invoicing, collections, payments, and tax compliance.
Additionally, manage procedures, contracts, and legal and administrative matters that affect the company's operations, acting as the CEO's right-hand person on all operational matters outside of core logistics.
**JOB**_DESCRIPTION_**:
- Monitor and control weekly cash flow, prioritizing strategic payments and proposing financial efficiencies.
- Coordinate invoicing (CFDI and bill of lading), collections, bank reconciliations, and supplier payments, ensuring tax compliance in conjunction with the accounting firm.
- Manage the administrative team (billing, payments, accounting), maintain organized files, and ensure efficient internal controls.
- Handle procedures with agencies (SAT, IMSS, STPS, REPUVE, etc.), manage contracts and legal documentation, and respond to audits or requests with support from the legal department.




- Support employment processes (registrations, terminations, documentation) and legally or administratively represent the company in delegated tasks.
**THE**_PROFILE_** WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration or similar.
- +5 years of experience in similar positions, with responsibility for flow, payments, procedures, and operational coordination.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets, CFDI (Financial Services Tax), bill of lading, procedures before authorities (SAT, IMSS, STPS), ERP/TMS management, and contract supervision.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or administrative management-intensive services companies is desirable.
- Profile with a high sense of urgency, organized, proactive, decisive, with operational leadership and executive focus
