As the Referral/Client Partner Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a high-performing referral partner network, nurturing key client relationships, and driving new business through strategic partnerships.
You'll be a key player in our growth strategy and the face of our relationship-based business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with real estate professionals and other strategic
- referral partners.
- Educate partners on our full range of products and services to help them understand how we can add value to their clients.
- Act as a liaison between referral partners and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with partners to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Track and report referral activity, partner engagement metrics, and ROI of outreach initiatives.
- Provide support to referred clients, ensuring a seamless transition and a high-qualit service experience.




- Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop promotional materials and co-branded
- campaigns tailored to referral partners.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to identify potential partnership
- opportunities and areas for growth.
**Qualifications**:
- 1+ years of experience in business development, account management, or partnership management.
- Prior experience working with or in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable with outbound relationship
- building.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate a variety of products and services.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
