As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our remote Mexico-based team.
We are looking for a Client Services Bidding & Feasibility to contribute to our mission by owning the end-to-end bidding and feasibility process for healthcare market research projects.
**How**You'll** Make an Impact**:
- Prepare detailed feasibility and costing to assess the viability of proposed projects.
- Collaborate within internal departments and external vendors to gather necessary information for bid preparation.
- Develop and present compelling bids and proposals that meet client requirements and showcase the organization's strengths.
- Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of submitted bids to inform future strategies and improve bidding processes.
**What**We're** Looking For**:
- Proven success in proposal development, pricing strategy, and feasibility assessments for market research projects.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.




- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to foster trust and collaboration across diverse teams and clients.
- Proactive and impact-oriented approach, with the ability to take ownership of key accounts and drive strategic outcomes.
- At least 2 years of experience in bidding, feasibility analysis, or a similar role within the healthcare industry
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Salesforce is beneficial
