**Manufacturing Engineer III - SMT**

**YOUR TASKS**
Objective:
Ensure the successful launch of new production systems by defining and implementing manufacturing processes, optimizing operating equipment, and collaborating across functions to drive cost, quality, and delivery targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and approval of production equipment for new projects, ensuring readiness in time, cost, and quality.
- Define and optimize manufacturing processes and sequences, using digital tools and best practices in industrial engineering.




- Coordinate the procurement and implementation of tools, jigs, and testing equipment, based on production requirements.
- Actively participate in APQP activities, risk analysis (PFMEA), and drive improvement actions during industrialization.
- Support new product launches, including SAP routing setup/modifications, BOM reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
You'll shine if you have:
- Experience with launches or new projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge in SAP, process design, and continuous improvement tools.
- Understanding of APQP and FMEA methodology.
- A degree in engineering and 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
**Profile**:
University degree + 2-3 years of experience in process engineering or advanced manufacturing environments.
