Job DescriptionISP Art teacher Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, reviewing candidates, and coordinating interviews.Collaborate on the organization and follow-up of training and development programs.Keep Human Resources documentation and databases up to date.Participate in initiatives related to employee well‐being, organizational culture, and engagement.Skills, Qualifications and ExperienceEffective communication: Ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and empathetically.Organization and time management: Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Attention to detail: Handle information and documentation with precision.Confidentiality and professional ethics: Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and responsibility.ISP PrinciplesBegin with our children and studentsOur children and students are at the heart of what we do.
