A fast-evolving team is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Associate to support the day-to-day financial administration across their coworking locations.
This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and clear financial reporting to enable smart decision-making and smooth business operations.
**Key responsibilities**
Billing and collections: Issue administrative and tax-compliant invoices, track outstanding payments, and follow up with clients to ensure timely collection.
Reconcile recorded income across platforms.
Expense and vendor management: Record and categorize supplier invoices, coordinate payments, and monitor operating expenses to ensure alignment with the budget.
Support treasury tasks and compliance with fiscal obligations.
Financial reporting: Prepare recurring financial reports such as cash flow statements and income reports.
Support external accountants during tax filings and maintain accurate financial databases.
**Key skills**
Financial systems proficiency: Comfortable using Excel (pivot tables, functions), accounting platforms like CONTPAQ or QuickBooks, and understanding of basic tax concepts (CFDI, withholdings).
Attention to detail and organization: Able to manage multiple financial processes with accuracy and consistency, ensuring up-to-date records and smooth workflows.
Collaborative communication: Clear, friendly communicator who can assist internal teams with billing questions and liaise effectively with suppliers and accountants.
