The Senior Accountant is responsible for finance and controlling processes.
Also supports the Group Company Controller as the gate-keeper for compliance and performance relevant matters.
**Responsibilities**:
Financial governance
a) Accounting (local GAAP-IFRS) and financial reporting (internal and external)
b) Revenue recognition according to IFRS & Group's standards
c) Opex and expense control, including approval processes
d) Balance sheet and working capital management
e) Capital expenditure control
f) Financial systems and transaction management with focus on achieving a high level of automation with high priority.
g) Tax (Import duties, CIT, VAT/GST, WHT and other taxes)
h) Treasury matters (local bank relationships, e-Banking processes)
i) Insurance in connection with Group's insurance broker
j) Internal/external audit interaction
k) Responsibility for the Internal Control System
l) Implementation on process improvements
Business support
a) Business partner to local management team
b) Planning,



budgeting and forecasting
c) Management reporting
d) Analysis and decision support to the management team
e) Business accounting, including profit and cost center setup, sales and costs allocation to functions, etc.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting
**Nice to have**:
- Local Tax expert
- Master's degree in relevant field
**Work Experience**:
- 5+ years of experience in financial management / controlling B2B environment
- Professional Competencies Business Controlling, Accounting
- (IFRS and statutory), Tax, Treasury, Systems and Processes, continuous improvement of finance processes, change management
**Requirements**:
