**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for order processing, including receiving and confirming Purchase Orders (PO) from customers.
- Enter PO information into the SAP system and follow SAP procedures in sequence.
- Coordinate with the logistics department for shipments from local inventory or Headquarters for direct shipments from China.
- Keep customers updated on shipment status through to delivery.
- Respond to all customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring follow-up through to resolution.
- Assist with additional projects as needed.
**Knowledge and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in customer service, with preference for experience in the chemical industry.
- Advanced English is a must.
- SAP and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) proficiency is preferred.
- Familiarity with import and export operations, especially for chemicals.




**Other Qualifications**:
- Availability to travel to the United States for training and conferences/meetings.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods.
