Hire Hangar is on the lookout for an experienced **Internal Recruiter** to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in high-volume staffing—especially from large recruiting firms—who knows how to source, assess, and place top-tier tech talent.

***What You'll Do**:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation
- Conduct technical interviews to assess skill fit and client alignment
- Partner closely with tech clients and hiring managers to understand evolving role requirements




- Suggest and implement improvements to streamline recruiting workflows and boost hiring success
***What We're Looking For**:
- 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume staffing environment
- Proven experience working with tech clients and conducting technical interviews
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and digital sourcing tools
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving, remote work setting
- Availability to work PST or EST hours (must be versátil to overlap with PST a few days per week)
