**YOUR TASKS**
Direct, manage and coordinate a complex plant logistics operation incl.
budget responsibility, focusing on all topics related to supplier logistics, intra-logistics and customer logistics.
- Direct, manage and optimize all logistics resources and budgets within a complex plant operation (personnel, inventory, transportation, infrastructure / equipment, external resources) to achieve mínimal total costs and meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate and balance conflicting interests of all logistics personnel and internal / external stakeholders to provide optimal solutions in a complex plant operation.
- Supervise and execute the management of high complexity logistics projects from technical and organizational perspective along the supply chain and product lifecycle, incl.
rollout and sustainable implementation of corporate standard processes.
- Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure.




Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
**Skills**:
- Project Management & Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver results in dynamic environments.
- Problem Solving: Expert in 8D, DMAIC, A3, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies to identify, analyze, and eliminate defects while driving sustainable improvements.
- Data Analysis: Skilled in interpreting complex data sets to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Effective Communication: Adept at tailoring communication styles to diverse teams and general stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across all levels.
- Strategic Negotiation Planning: Experienced in crafting data-driven negotiation strategies that align with business goals and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor ́s Degree: Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Mechanical or related field.
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience in plant logistics operations management.
Ability to optimize supply chain performance, implement lean logistics strategies and lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Demonstrated ability to align logistics functions with business objectives, reduce costs and improve service levels in dynamic manufacturing environments.
- Advanced English.
