from order acceptance to shipmentServing as the point of contact for customersRecording and monitoring safety stock levelsManaging consignment inventoryInitiating internal escalationsRecording customer complaintsPreparing reports for customersYour qualifications:Completed vocational training in a commercial field, such as industrial clerk, office clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or a comparable fieldPrevious work experience in one of the above-mentioned areas is a plusIdeally, an interes in technologyYou enjoy working in a team and communicating with customers, manufacturers and colleaguesYou have very good English and Microsoft Office skills and already have some experience with SAP#J-*****-Ljbffr
