We are looking for a Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance to lead and strengthen the Risk & Compliance function across CHEP Latin America.
This is a highly visible leadership role with regional impact, partnering closely with executive stakeholders, Group functions, and country leadership teams.You will be accountable for the end‐to‐end Risk Management Framework, compliance governance, internal controls, and fraud and AML programs across multiple countries.
The role reports to the Regional Risk, Compliance & Resilience Business Partner – Americas and is based in Mexico City, leading a team of experienced analysts.What you'll be responsible forLead the Risk Management Framework for CHEP Latin America, identifying, monitoring, and reporting principal business and operational risksAct as main liaison with Brambles Internal Audit, supporting audit planning, responses, remediation, and issue closureEnsure full compliance with Anti‐Money Laundering (AML) regulations across the regionOwn the Management Declarations, Financial Minimum Control Standards (FMCS) and Delegations of Authority process for all LATAM entitiesManage the Regional Fraud Risk Assessment and Fraud Risk RegisterOversee property data validation supporting the Brambles insurance strategyManage and continuously improve the SOP repository,



supporting control awareness and onboarding across functionsPartner closely with Group Risk, Group Insurance, Finance, and regional leadership teamsLead, coach, and develop a high‐performing team of Risk & Compliance professionalsWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fieldMBA or postgraduate degree highly desirableProfessional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CRMA are a plus7–10 years of experience in risk, internal audit, compliance, internal controls, or finance within a multinational environmentAt least 5 years of people management experienceStrong ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organizationProven ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and multiple prioritiesExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship‐building skillsLanguagesFluent Spanish and English requiredPortuguese is a plusRegional leadership role with exposure to executive decision‐makingOpportunity to shape risk and compliance strategy across Latin AmericaCollaborative, people‐focused culture within a integral organizationStrong focus on ethics, governance, and sustainable business practices#J-*****-Ljbffr
