Theramex is seeking an HR Coordinator for Mexico, hybrid in Mexico City.
You will support day-to-day HR activities, act as a local contact for employees and managers, and ensure HR processes comply with Mexican labor law.This role partners with the HR Associate Director to implement policies in line with company guidelines.
Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance cycles, and local program implementation.
