We're looking for someone who can join an established team and quickly build technical credibility.
This is a newly created position with no existing Tech Lead or established playbook, so this individual will help define the technical direction while integrating into a team with established dynamics and ways of working.
This is a technical leadership role rather than a people management role, with a strong emphasis on ownership and cross-team influence.Must-Haves:Experience in a lead or technical ownership capacity, not just as a senior individual contributorProven track record of owning architecture decisions end-to-endExperience leading initiatives that span multiple teams or large,
