The Accounts Payable department is responsible for overseeing the processing of invoices for more than 1,200 ADI Net and Discount vendors, handling an average volume of approximately 60,000 invoices per month.
Manage the review and processing of invoices associated with employee benefits, statutory obligations, tax payments, government agencies, and Mexican suppliers in accordance with company policies and internal controls~
- Verify invoice accuracy, supporting documentation, payment terms, and accounting coding prior to processing.

- Support accounts payable processing activities for both Mexico and Corporate operations as required.
~ Validate XML files and ensure tax information, fiscal data, and invoice concepts are accurate and complete.

- Maintain compliance with Mexican tax and electronic invoicing regulations.
~ Partner closely with Tax, General Accounting, Payroll, Benefits, Treasury,



and external vendors to resolve payment-related issues.

- Accounting and Compliance Support~
- Apply knowledge of Mexican accounting principles related to accounts payable transactions.

- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and payment support.
~ Identify opportunities to improve payment processes, controls, and efficiency.

- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable/Finance~ Strong knowledge of CFDI 4.0, SAT regulations, and Mexican tax requirements (including CFDI validation, XML review, IVA, and ISR).
~ Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
~ Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, P21, Epicor, etc.).
