We are seeking a Buyer Intern to support the Indirect Procurement team by assisting with supplier management, purchase order tracking, quotation analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Procurement and Supply Chain operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment.About the Role Your Responsibilities - Support the management and follow-up of purchase requisitions for indirect goods and services.
- Assist in supplier sourcing, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
- Request, analyze, and compare supplier quotations.
- Support the creation and maintenance of purchase orders in company systems.
- Track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in negotiations related to pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
- Prepare purchasing reports and key performance indicators.
- Participate in process optimization and cost-reduction projects.
- Maintain supplier records, contracts,



and procurement documentation.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Finance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Indirect Procurement team.Qualifications - Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year remaining before graduation.
- Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Strong communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
