- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in organizational development, talent management, or HR-related roles.Experience with diagnostics (180°, assessments) and leadership development programs is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR systems, assessment tools, and data analysis for organizational diagnostics.
- Languages: Advanced English and Spanish (oral and written) preferred for multinational environments.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence stakeholders, adaptability, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
