We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Controller Manager to strengthen financial governance, internal control, and business visibility within a dynamic multisector organization.
This role will partner closely with senior leadership to ensure the integrity, reliability, and timely delivery of financial information while supporting strategic decision-making and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and risk management practices.Coordinate financial consolidation across multiple business units and legal entities.Support strategic initiatives, CAPEX evaluations, and business performance analysis.Drive process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.Present financial insights, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.Lead and develop a multidisciplinary controllership team.Adecuado ProfileBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,
