Job Title: Validation EngineerLocation: MichiganDuration: Long TermJob Description:We are seeking an Automotive Validation Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in Infotainment Validation / Testing.The adecuado candidate should have hands-on experience in validating automotive infotainment systems, testing features, and ensuring high-quality product performance.Key Responsibilities- :Perform validation and testing of Automotive Infotainment Systems including Radio, Navigation, Bluetooth, Connectivity, Audio, Display, and HMI features- .
Develop, execute, and maintain test cases based on system requirements- .
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system-level testing- .
Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools- .
Work closely with development teams, system engineers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues- .
Validate software releases and support vehicle-level testing- .
Analyze logs, trace files, and test results for root cause analysis- .




Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and validation processes- .
Participate in test planning, status reporting, and quality reviews.Required Skills- :2–3 years of experience in Automotive Validation / Testing- .
Strong experience in Automotive Domain- .
Mandatory hands-on experience in Infotainment Testing- .
Good knowledge of Bluetooth, USB, CarPlay, Android Auto, Navigation, Audio systems- .
Experience in CAN tools like CANoe / CANalyzer is preferred- .
Knowledge of vehicle communication protocols: CAN, LIN preferred- .
Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira / ALM / Bugzilla- .
Strong debugging and analytical skills- .
Good communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Qualifications- :Experience working with OEMs / Tier-1 automotive clients- .
Exposure to Agile methodology- .
Understanding of software validation lifecycle.Education- :Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Mechanical, or related field.
