Important: This role requires candidates to be licensed attorneys in Mexico with valid título and cédula profesional.We are looking for a Bilingual Legal Specialist Attorney to support legal case management operations for personal injury cases.This role will focus on client communication, case administration, medical records coordination, documentation, and process support for a growing legal operations team.The idóneo candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professionally bilingual in English and Spanish, and comfortable handling confidential client and case information.Responsibilities - Coordinate client intake and first-contact interactions for personal injury cases.
- Maintain ongoing bilingual communication with clients and provide case status updates.
- Retrieve, organize, and track medical records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain records, bills, and case-related information.
- Create, maintain, and update case files with accurate information and documentation.
- Perform data entry and workflow tracking within case management systems.
- Communicate professionally in English with insurers, healthcare providers, and legal teams.
- Support the documentation of standard operating procedures and internal workflows.
- Support process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.
- Assist with onboarding and training future team members as the operation grows.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliant handling of sensitive client information.

- 1–2 years of legal, legal support, or case management experience.
- Advanced English proficiency, B2+ or C1.- Native or fluent Spanish proficiency.
