You will play a key role in building a positive and compliant work environment.We are looking for a proactive, energetic professional who enjoys being close to the operation, supporting leaders, strengthening employee relations, and helping maintain a healthy workplace culture across both salaried and union employees.Major responsibilities and tasks of the position: - Ensure compliance with labor relations policies, collective bargaining agreements, employment laws, and safety requirements - Support and coach plant leadership on union matters, employee relations, and management practices that promote a positive work environment - Manage employee grievances, resolve workplace issues fairly and consistently, and maintain a strong presence on the plant floor - Lead and support labor relations initiatives, monitor key HR indicators,



and coordinate labor relations team and employee service activities What are we looking for?
- A proactive, hands-on professional with strong communication, critical thinking, and a visible presence on the plant floor - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations, Law, or related field - 3+ years of HR labor relations experience as supervisor - Experience leading labor relations actions, coordinating teams, and working with key HR metrics such as absenteeism, discipline, and turnover - Knowledge of labor relations frameworks, employment law, and employee service operations - Basic verbal and written English proficiency What do we offer?
