The company focuses on cross-cultural excellence to empower businesses to focus on expansion and growth.About the role:The HR Lead (for U.S employees) will serve as the primary Human Resources leader, partnering closely with leadership to build and execute people strategies that support organizational growth while preserving the company's mission of delivering compassionate, patient-centered healthcare.This role is responsible for leading all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, onboarding, HR operations, policy development, and organizational development.The HR Lead will create scalable HR processes, strengthen company culture, and ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state employment laws while providing exceptional support to employees and leaders across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources LeadershipServe as the trusted HR partner to leadership, providing guidance on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business objectives.Build scalable HR infrastructure to support organizational growth.Lead HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, culture, and performance.Talent AcquisitionManage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical positions.Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals and administrative talent.Coordinate job postings, applicant screening, interviews, background checks, and offer processes.Partner with department leaders to identify hiring needs and workforce planning initiatives.Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Onboarding & Employee ExperienceLead the onboarding process to ensure an exceptional new hire experience.Coordinate orientation, required documentation,
HRIS setup, I-9 verification, E-Verify, and compliance requirements.Develop onboarding programs that reinforce company culture and organizational values.Manage offboarding activities, exit interviews, and transition processes.Employee RelationsServe as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters.Provide coaching and guidance to managers regarding performance, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee development.Investigate employee concerns while ensuring fairness, consistency, and confidentiality.Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.Performance Management & Organizational DevelopmentDesign and manage performance evaluation processes.Support leadership development initiatives through coaching, training, and succession planning.Identify organizational development opportunities that improve effectiveness and employee engagement.Coordinate learning and development programs across the organization.HR Operations & ComplianceMaintain accurate employee records within the HRIS.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare industry regulations.Administer employee leaves, accommodations, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and related documentation.Support payroll administration by maintaining accurate employee data and coordinating HR-related payroll changes.Conduct HR audits and ensure data integrity across HR systems.Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.Compensation & BenefitsSupport compensation planning, salary reviews, incentive programs,
and benefits administration.Coordinate annual benefits enrollment activities.Partner with leadership to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.Culture & Employee EngagementLead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, wellness activities, and company events.Promote a culture centered on respect, empathy, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Measure employee satisfaction and recommend action plans to improve retention.Reporting & HR AnalyticsDevelop HR metrics and dashboards related to recruitment, turnover, retention, engagement, and workforce trends.Provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership to support business decisions.Qualifications:EducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.Experience5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.3+ years in an HR leadership or HR Business Partner role.Experience supporting multi-site or rapidly growing organizations preferred.Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.Experience building HR processes, policies, and organizational structures.Strong background in employee relations, recruitment, compliance, performance management, and organizational development.Technical SkillsExperience using HRIS platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems.Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience with payroll systems and HR reporting tools.Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce metrics.KnowledgeStrong understanding of federal and state employment laws.Knowledge of leave administration (FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, unemployment).
