About the RoleWe're hiring a bilingual Remote Patient Coordinator / Sales Representative to support a multi-location U.S. dental practice group.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective patients — handling inbound inquiries, following up on leads, and guiding people through scheduling their first appointment or committing to recommended treatment plans.
You are not selling a product cold — you're converting interest into booked, paying patients.Fluency in Spanish and English is required, since you'll be speaking directly with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients.ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to inbound patient inquiries (phone, text, chat, web form leads)Follow up on warm leads (past inquiries, missed appointments, incomplete bookings) to convert them into scheduled visitsExplain services, pricing, financing/insurance options, and promotions clearly to prospective patientsOvercome common objections (cost, insurance, anxiety about dental visits) with empathy and professionalismSchedule and confirm appointments across multiple practice locationsFollow up with patients who received treatment plans but haven't scheduled,
