**What**you'll** be doing**:
- Plan and coordinate international transportation activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation costs and improve service levels.
- Monitor and analyze transportation performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, warehouse, customer service) and external partners (e.g., carriers, freight forwarders) to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including customs documentation and import/export requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with transportation providers to secure the best terms and conditions.
- Manage transportation budgets and prepare regular reports on transportation costs and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve transportation processes.

**We'd** love to hear from you if**:
- Prefer Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 5+ years of experience in international transportation and logistics.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Proven experience in transportation planning and optimization.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
**Compensation**:
The annual base salary range for this role is from $XX to $YY, plus an annual target bonus of ZZ% of base salary.
