About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced, well-connected, and highly organized TAS to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a variety of healthcare functions in Mexico.
This role is adecuado for someone who understands the unique challenges of healthcare hiring and has successfully recruited healthcare professionals such as nurses, medical staff, allied health professionals, healthcare support teams, and other clinical or non-clinical healthcare talent.What You'll DoLead full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer and onboardingSource top healthcare talent through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and proactive market mappingConduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and professional competenciesPartner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insightsBuild and maintain robust healthcare talent pipelinesManage offer negotiations, candidate engagement,



and hiring processes with exceptional candidate careEnsure compliance with recruitment best practices and Mexican employment regulationsTrack recruitment activity and maintain accurate ATS records and reportingSchedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monterrey Standard Time | On-SiteLocation: Centro Cuauhtémoc in downtown Monterrey (Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla 330, Mirador, ***** Monterrey, N.L.)What We're Looking For3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experienceDirect experience recruiting within the healthcare sector is required (a HUGE plus)Strong understanding of talent markets, hiring challenges, and workforce trends in MexicoExcellent interviewing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skillsFluency in Spanish and strong English communication skillsProactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneouslyWhy Join Us?
