We are expanding our team and are currently looking for a Sales Manager ESS, with Remote work.

- Acquisitions of new customers2.
- Management of existing customers3.
- Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs4.
- Support marketing activities and market communications5.
- Building and demonstrating understanding of the market and industry6.
- Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company7.




- Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential clients (min 30%)Qualification CriteriaBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Economics, Master would be an advantage1.
- Good understanding of the local ESS market2.
- A minimum of 3-4 years successful B2B sales experience ideally in ESS/PV/ Solar industry but also in related industries (electronical applications, energy, etc.)3.
- Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles (existing customer base)4.
- Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously5.
- Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills6.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as intercultural skills7.
- High reliability and ability to work under pressure8.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork9.
- Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis10.
- Very good English language skills (spoken and written).
Portuguese is a must.
