This role is responsible for supervising claims professionals, ensuring compliance with company standards, maintaining high-quality claim-handling practices, driving operational efficiency, and supporting team members' professional development.Requirements- 3+ years of experience within the Property & Casualty Insurance Industry.
- Strong background in: vehicle damage estimating, total loss claims, auto repair processes, vehicle appraisal.
- Extensive experience handling Auto Physical Damage (APD) claims.




- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience within claims operations.
- Advanced English Proficiency.Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor a team of Material Damage Specialists, Vehicle Appraisers, Total Loss Adjusters, and Salvage Specialists.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of auto physical damage claims in accordance with company guidelines, service standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor claim quality, productivity, cycle times, and overall team performance.
- Conduct file audits and provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
- Manage workload distribution and staffing resources to support operational objectives.
- Oversee claim investigations, damage assessments, repair estimates, total loss evaluations, and salvage processes.
- Ensure claim files are properly documented and maintained according to company policies and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain procedures and workflows that promote operational efficiency and consistency.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement plans to achieve department goals.
- Collaborate with management on process improvements, quality initiatives, and operational enhancements.
- Prepare operational reports and present findings to leadership.
