and process customer purchase orders following established procedures.Process customer sample requests in accordance with company procedures.Receive and coordinate the resolution of customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.Process customer requests for documents such as certificates, specifications, and other required documentation.Ensure all customer requests are completed accurately and within established response times.Maintain accurate customer records and ensure proper filing of all documentation.Keep the assigned Sales Representative informed of customer requests, order status, and any relevant issues.Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.Support the Accounts Receivable team by following up on customer documentation and collection-related requests when required.Escalate complex customer issues or key account requirements to the Customer Service Supervisor or Senior Customer Service Representative.Support the Customer Service team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
