We're seeking an experienced, well-connected, and highly organized Healthcare Recruiter to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a variety of healthcare functions in Mexico.
This role is idóneo for someone who understands the unique challenges of healthcare hiring and has successfully recruited healthcare professionals such as nurses, medical staff, allied health professionals, healthcare support teams, and other clinical or non-clinical healthcare talent.What You'll DoLead full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer and onboardingSource top healthcare talent through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and proactive market mappingConduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and professional competenciesPartner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insightsBuild and maintain robust healthcare talent pipelinesManage offer negotiations, candidate engagement,
